GTM Advisory Solutions LLC, a Utah limited liability company, d/b/a The GTM Advisor Group (“GTM Advisor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit thegtmadvisor.com and any pages that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”), contact us, subscribe to content, or otherwise interact with us.

By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of use (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

If you are in the EEA/UK, we are the “controller.” If you interact with us on behalf of your employer, we may process your information under our legitimate interests to operate our business.

2) Scope

This Policy applies to information we collect through the Site and our outward-facing business activities (newsletters, webinars, consults, surveys). It does not apply to client data we process under a services agreement (where your company—not you personally—is our customer), nor to third-party sites or services that link to/from our Site.

6) How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share:
Service providers/Processors (e.g., hosting, analytics, communications, security, CRM/marketing platforms) bound by contract to use data only per our instructions.
Professional advisors (lawyers, auditors, accountants, insurers).
Business transfers (merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets).
Legal/compliance (subpoenas, lawful requests, to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud).
De-identified/aggregated insights (that do not identify you).

We maintain de-identified data as de-identified and will not attempt to re-identify it, nor permit others to do so.

7) Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes outlined here, comply with legal/contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify data consistent with our retention practices.

8) Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information processed (access controls, encryption in transit, least-privilege, monitoring). No system is 100% secure; you use the Site at your own risk.

9) Children

The Site is not intended for children under 18 (or the age required by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights. We do not offer “financial incentives” for personal data.

Alternative: mail a written request to GTM Advisory Solutions LLC, Attn: Privacy, 7533 S Center View Ct #5283, West Jordan, UT 84084 (certified mail recommended).

We may need to verify your identity (and, for agents, proof of authorization). If we decline your request (where an exception applies), you may appeal by replying to our decision; if unresolved, you can contact your state attorney general.

California disclosures.
We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by law. Metrics reporting applies only if/when legally required.

EEA/UK rights.
Subject to exceptions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

11) International transfers

If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries that may not offer the same level of protection. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) for such transfers.

12) Third-party links & services

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices govern those properties; we are not responsible for them.

13) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes indicates acceptance.
